Tebis4.0 優(yōu)缺點說明

1 公認的tebis的速度很快。  轉(zhuǎn)圖速度快，特別是與CATIA基本上無縫結(jié)合，轉(zhuǎn)大圖檔的話基本把cim和ug甩在后面。算刀路速度快，對大模二次開粗優(yōu)勢明顯。

2 刀路安全，刀路算出來是實實在在的圖素，不像ug玩虛的。 所以就算是2d刀路，就算圖檔是曲面，

（tebis里面沒實體）也可以檢測是否過切，強悍的要死，誤差不超過0.05。

3 tebis走橫向進給的時候可以走S型，讓刀路沒有突然變向，cim和ug沒見過，可能是我不會用，相對抬刀很安全。而且G00 不是在平面上，可以走斜線，真正的相對抬刀。

4 用等高來進行封閉槽的開粗的話，可以一直螺旋著下去，避免z向扎刀，cim三軸好像不太好辦吧，ug刀路不理想。

5 tebis自帶了十幾種控制器的后處理，夠用了。

6 tebis是個非參數(shù)話的軟件，所以如果你生成刀路后想更改參數(shù)小調(diào)整一下刀路的話，對不起，請重新作好了。但因為非參，所以你可以很方便的進行刀路旋轉(zhuǎn)，平移，鏡像，甚至你可以對模型進行修改，刪除，這在ug和cim中簡直不可想像，如果你編程坐標系變了，你甚至只要重新建個座標，后處理的時候選擇一下這個座標系就好了，

7 如果你的機床可以自動對零件進行測量校驗的話，tebis可以為檢測頭編制測量路徑。這個我也沒用過，只是看幫助玩了一下，唉，省了去三次元了。

8 開粗刀路實時生成毛胚，逼真的要死，比cim的那個remain stock要好很多。因為是實時生成毛胚體，所以不需要什么多軸毛胚功能了，自動實現(xiàn)。不過這個毛胚只能在開粗時用，精工刀路無法實現(xiàn)對毛胚更新，這點要比cim弱。

9 tebis的清角 刀路夠漂亮，tebis可以在生成刀路之前就對刀路的范圍進行編輯。任何刀路都可以，cim應(yīng)該辦不到，ug的清角可以作，但是與tebis有一定差距。

9 tebis對圖素的管理弱的一蹋糊涂，圖層的操作比cim和ug遜色不少。刀路的組織管理也僅僅靠層。一個刀路放在一個層里，讓人大跌眼鏡，要是還象ug和cim一樣作刀路的話，非死掉不行。2D刀路感覺特別特別的不方便，也有可能我還沒摸到門，設(shè)計功能幾乎可以忽略不計，測量功能也用著不爽。作小東西譬如鑲件，滑塊之類的會是很累的工作，沒法作模板，加工電極也是個麻煩事，nc中貌似沒有夾頭功能。所以說弱點也很明顯，不過以上言論有個前提，我用的是比較老的版本，新版本沒見過，應(yīng)該上面問題都解決了吧。
